摘 要:基于共模电感器阻抗特性设计基础理论,以一款双线并绕结构的共模电感器为实例,采用HFSS对共模电感器的阻抗、电感量和磁场分布进行建模与仿真分析,研究中柱结构、绕线匝数和组装气隙对共模电感器的影响。实测结果证明了仿真结果的准确性和可行性。成功实现了一款阻抗值为90(1±25%)?的绕线共模电感器设计开发,大大缩短了开发周期,节省研发成本。Based on the basic theory of impedance characteristic design common-mode inductor,a common-mode inductor with double-wire winding structure is taken as an example to come up with a modeling and simulation analysis method for the impedance,inductance and magnetic field distribution of common-mode inductor with HFSS.The influence of the structure of center column,the number of turns and the air gap of the assembly on the common mode inductor was studied.The actual test data shows the accuracy and feasibility of the simulation.This paper successfully realized the design and development of a common-mode inductor with impedance value of 90(1±25%)?,shortening the development cycle and saving the research and development cost.
