摘  要:针对吉兰泰凹陷固阳组砂岩油藏出砂问题,利用全尺寸防砂物理模拟实验装置,对吉兰泰油田固阳组碎屑岩粒度分布进行了分析,开展了考虑储层粒度特性、泥质含量、黏土矿物组份及生产压差等条件下三种类型防砂管的防砂性能模拟实验。通过对比,分析了三种防砂管在相同挡砂精度条件下,不同压差流量稳定后的产能、出砂量,优选出与储层粒度特性匹配的防砂管。再以不同挡砂精度条件下的米采油指数及出砂浓度作为评价指标,优选出适合吉兰泰油田的筛管类型为250μm金属网布优质筛管进行试油,在10口井进行对比应用,产能平均提高了33%,效果良好。弱胶结砂岩油藏试油开采防砂技术优化为吉兰泰固阳组砂岩油藏高效开发提供了技术支持。In order to solve the sand production problem of Guyang formation sandstone reservoir in Jilantai sag,the particle size distribution of clastic rocks in Guyang formation of Jilantai Oilfield is analyzed by using the full-scale sand control physical simulation experimental device,and the sand control performance simulation experiments of three types of sand control pipes considering the change of reservoir particle size characteristics,argillaceous contents,clay mineral composition and drawdown pressure are carried out.The sand control pipe matching with the grain size characteristics of the reservoir is selected by comparing the stable production capacity and the sand production of three kinds of sand control pipes at different differential pressure and flow wit same sand retaining accuracy.The metal mesh high-quality screen tube of 250μm is selected as the suitable screen for Jilantai oilfield with the standard of the meter oil production index and sand production concentration.After the oil test experiments of 10 wells,the production capacity after using this screen is increased by 33%on average,which have good effect.The optimization of oil testing and sand control technology in weakly cemented sandstone reservoir provides technical support for the efficient development of sandstone reservoir in Guyang formation of Jilantai Oilfield.
