摘  要:为了获得氧化亚铁硫杆菌和氧化硫硫杆菌混合腐蚀菌的最佳细胞固定化条件,采用聚乙烯醇、海藻酸钠、Ca(NO;);构成的包埋交联体系,运用Design expert进行响应面Box-Benhnker设计,对钙离子浓度、交联时间、交联转速等细胞固定化条件进行优化。结果显示在钙离子浓度为3%;交联时间60 min;交联转速120 rpm的细胞固定化条件下,亚铁氧化率达到77.3%。SEM表征其微观结构显示形成较好的孔隙结构。研究结果为铁、硫混合腐蚀菌的细胞固定化提供了依据。In order to obtain the best cell immobilization conditions of iron-sulfur mixed corrosion bacteria consist of A.ferrooxidans and A.thiooxidans,an embedding crosslinking system composed of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA),sodium alginate(SA)and calcium nitrate was used.The conditions of cell immobilization such as the concentration of calcium ion,the cross-linking time and the cross-linking speed were optimized by Design expert.Results showed that the oxidation rate of ferrous iron reached 77.3% when the concentration of calcium ion was 3%,the cross-linking time was 60 min and the cross-linking speed was 120 rpm.The microstructure was characterized using SEM and showed a good pore structure.The results would provide a basis for the cell immobilization of the mixed corrosion bacteria.
