金融发展对农村产业结构升级的推动作用——基于河北省135个县域面板数据的实证研究  

The Role of Financial Development in Promoting the Upgrading of Rural Industrial Structure——An Empirical Study Based on the Panel Data of 135 Counties in Hebei Province

摘　　要：农村产业结构升级需要多种因素驱动,金融作为经济发展的血脉,发挥着重要作用。基于2013-2017年河北省135个县域的面板数据,运用双向固定效应模型,实证研究了金融发展对农村产业结构升级的影响,研究发现:金融发展对农村产业结构升级具有显著的正向影响,扩大金融发展规模,提升金融发展效率均能推动农村产业结构升级,金融发展规模对农村产业结构升级的边际推动作用强于金融发展效率的边际推动作用。建议深化农村金融领域改革,加强政策扶持力度,创新农村金融产品与服务,提升农村金融供给效率,完善农村金融服务体系。The upgrading of rural industrial structure needs a variety of factors.Finance,as the blood of economic development,plays an important role.Based on the panel data of 135 counties in Hebei Province from 2013 to 2017,an empirical study is made about the impact of financial development on the upgrading of rural industrial structure by using the bi-directional fixed effect model.It is found that:financial development has a significantly positive impact on the upgrading of rural industrial structure.Expanding the scale of financial development and improving the efficiency of financial development can promote the upgrading of rural industrial structure and financial development.The marginal role of scale in promoting the upgrading of rural industrial structure is stronger than that of financial development efficiency.It is suggested to deepen the reform of rural finance,strengthen policy support,innovate rural financial products and services,improve the efficiency of rural financial supply,and perfect the rural financial service system.
