摘 要:针对目前大多数秋后残膜回收机械在作业过程中出现的拾取地膜含杂率高、回收率低及难以二次利用等问题,设计了链排式残膜回收拾膜清杂装置。对机具的整机结构、工作原理和主要技术指标进行了介绍,并对其关键部件拾膜清杂装置进行了设计,通过理论计算和运动分析,确定了捡拾钉齿的结构尺寸和排列间距;分析了地膜被捡拾的受力情况,得出了地膜所受拉力小于其纵向断裂力的结论;对清杂装置的螺旋输送器进行设计分析,确定了螺旋输送器的叶片直径、螺距及排杂口大小;对装置的田间作业性能进行了测试验证,结果表明:机具以4.5km/h进行收膜作业时,残膜回收率为89.97%,膜秆分离率为90.17%。Aiming at the problems of the high impurity rate,low recovery rate,and difficulty in secondary utilization of most of the plastic film recovery machinery during autumn after the operation,a chain row type residual film recovery and film cleaning device was designed.The machine structure,working principle and main technical indicators of the machine tool are introduced;and the film picking and decontamination device of its key components is designed.Through theoretical calculation and motion analysis,the structure size and arrangement spacing of the picking nail teeth are determined;analyze the force of the film being picked up,and find that the tensile force of the film is less than its longitudinal breaking force;design and analyze the screw conveyor of the cleaning device to determine the blade diameter,screw pitch and size of the outlet of the screw conveyor;The field performance of the device was tested and verified,the results showed that when the machine was collecting the film at 4.5km/h,the recovery rate of residual film was 89.97%,and the separation rate of film stalk was 90.17%.
