摘 要:以秸秆打捆机可视化监控系统为研究对象,搭建打捆机可视化监测硬件系统,利用MDK和Software模块进行可视化监测系统软件设计,并进行系统应用过程中的软件测试研究。测试数据曲线表明:秸秆打捆机可视化监测系统能够对打捆的实时参数进行监测及曲线显示,显示结果较好地反应了打捆过程中的单草捆质量及密度,且曲线数据可对秸秆草捆的打捆时间、打捆累计质量、累计体积及当前打捆平均密度进行实时反应。This paper takes the visual monitoring system of straw baler as the research object,builds the visual monitoring hardware system of the baler,designs the software of the visual monitoring system by using MDK and software modules,and conducts the software test research in the process of system application.The test data curve shows that the visual monitoring system of straw baler can monitor and curve the real-time parameters of baler Show.The results showed that the single bale weight and density were well reflected in the baling process,and the curve data reflected the baling time,the baling cumulative weight,the cumulative volume and the current average baling density in real time.
