摘　　要：目的:探讨超声引导下妊娠囊内注射甲氨蝶呤(MTX)对未破裂型输卵管妊娠患者终止妊娠的治疗效果。方法:选择2019年12月—2020年11月我院收治的60例未破裂型TEP患者,随机均分为两组,各30例。对照组选择传统MTX肌注治疗,观察组选择超声引导下MTX妊娠囊内注射治疗,对比两组终止妊娠效果及不良反应情况。结果:观察组治疗成功率、输卵管通畅率高于对照组,不良反应发生率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组β-H C G水平低于对照组,妊娠囊直径小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:未破裂型输卵管妊娠患者终止妊娠选择超声引导下妊娠囊内注射MTX治疗效果及安全性理想,可提升输卵管通畅率,临床价值显著,值得推广。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of ultrasound-guided injection of MTX on unruptured TEP.Methods Sixty patients with unruptured TEP who were admitted to our hospital from December 2019 to November 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with MTX intramuscular injection,and the observation group was treated with ultrasound-guided MTX intrathecal injection.The pregnancy termination effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The success rate and tubal patency rate of the control group were lower than those of the observation group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was higher than that of the observation group(P<0.05);After treatmentβ-HCG level was higher and gestational sac diameter was larger in the observation group than in the obser vation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound guided intrathecal injection of MTX for unruptured TEP is effective and safe,which is worthy of promotion.
