摘  要:在特殊群体特殊教育成为社会焦点问题和体质健康化社会特征凸显的双重社会背景下,通过问卷调查法、访谈法、实验法、数理统计法等方法,结合人文关怀的视野和特殊群体体质健康问题的个性,对全国9所艺术院校特殊群体体育保健课程现状进行调查分析的同时构建特殊群体体育保健课程教学模式并尝试进行实证研究。结果表明,根据特殊艺术群体身心个性需求建构的传统养生运动处方教学符合科学的健身原理和规律,能够改善特殊艺术生身心平静状态,促进身心健康,调理疾病,有利于患者康复。under the dual social background of special education for special groups becoming the social focus and the social characteristics of healthy constitution,this paper makes an investigation and Analysis on the current situation of physical health courses for special groups in 9 Art Colleges and universities in China by means of questionnaire,interview,experiment and mathematical statistics,combining with the vision of humanistic care and the personality of physical health problems for special groups At the same time,it constructs the teaching mode of physical health care course for special groups and tries to carry out empirical research.The results show that the traditional health exercise prescription teaching based on the physical and mental needs of special art groups conforms to the scientific principles and laws of fitness,can improve the physical and mental peace of special art students,promote physical and mental health,regulate diseases,and is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients.
