摘  要:独一味作为我国重要的一种药用植物,其优良的药用价值越来越受到人们的关注。但由于其野生资源被过度开采、人工栽培技术不够成熟、各种恶劣的环境影响等因素致使独一味濒临灭绝,形势不容乐观,故研究独一味的培育开发迫在眉睫。基于此,对独一味在逆境下其生长发育所受的影响、独一味体内生理生化的变化、逆境胁迫下独一味的生理适应机制以及外源钙离子如何帮助独一味抵抗低温胁迫方面进行归纳和总结,可为改善独一味野生抚育和提高人工驯化种植栽培技术提供科学理论依据;同时从保护生物学的角度对独一味的遗传多样性进行分析,也可为独一味资源的开发与保护提供一定的理论基础。Lamiophlomis rotata is an important medicinal plant in our country.More and more people pay attention to its medicinal value.However,due to the over exploitation of its wild resources,artificial cultivation techniques are not mature,all kinds of adverse environmental factors are making L.rotata on the verge of extinction.The situation is not optimistic.Therefore,it is urgent to cultivate and develop it.Based on this,this paper summarizes the effects of L.rotata on its growth and development under stress,the changes of physiology and biochemistry in L.rotata,the physiological adaptation mechanism of L.ro⁃tata under stress,and how exogenous calcium ions help L.rotata resist low temperature stress,in order to provide a scientific theoretical basis for improving the wild tending and artificial domestication cultivation of L.rotata.At the same time,from the perspective of conservation biology,the genetic diversity of L.rotata was analyzed.It can also provide a theoretical basis for the development and protection of L.rota⁃ta resources.
