摘  要:本研究根据14个耐旱指标对400份甜高粱种质的耐旱性进行鉴定,通过对不同耐旱指标之间进行相关性、显著性测验及主成分分析,识别甜高粱耐旱种质,选择适合南疆地区种植和推广的品种。结果表明:大部分性状指标间表现为较强的正相关关系,14个耐旱指标可聚为明显的三类,第二类的干旱敏感指数与第一类所有指标均呈较强的负相关关系,而与第三类性状指标间均呈正相关关系;14个耐旱指标可以用两个主成分表示,这两个主成分的方差解释率分别是49.5%和38.8%;各指标对前两个主成分的贡献具有明显的差异,第一主成分表示为甜高粱的生物产量潜力,第二主成分表示甜高粱的耐干旱胁迫能力;由双标图结果可识别出高产稳产耐旱品种‘S104’以及较耐旱的三个品种‘S370’‘S359’及‘S368’,为选育耐旱品种和后续耐旱基因的挖掘奠定基础。In this study,the drought tolerance of 400 sweet sorghum was evaluated according to 14 drought tolerance indexes.The correlation,significance test and principal component analysis between different drought tolerance indexes were carried out to identi-fy drought-tolerant sweet sorghum and select varieties suitable for planting and promotion in southern Xinjiang.The results showed that most of the traits showed strong positive correlation and 14 index were divided into three categories.The drought sensitivity in-dex of the second category had a strong negative correlation with all the index of the first category,while it had a positive correlation with all the traits of the third category.The 14 related index could be represented by two principal components,and variance explana-tions of these two principal components were 49.5%and 38.8%respectively.The contribution of each index to the first two princi-pal components was significantly different.The first principal component was expressed as biological yield potential and the second principal component was expressed as drought tolerance of sweet sorghum.Drought-tolerant variety‘S104’with high and stable yield and relative drought-tolerant varieties‘S370’‘S359’and‘S368’were identified by biplot analysis,which could lay a founda-tion for breeding drought-tolerant varieties and subsequent gene mining.
