摘　　要：通过对叙康里老旧小区综合改造过程的详细讲述,提出了老旧小区改造应从需求征集、方案设计、方案公示、工程实施、满意度调查五个阶段开展改造工作,同时对改造过程中如何调动小区居民参与改造的意愿提出了相关建议,为今后老旧小区改造提出了居民、社区、政府共同参与的实施路径。Based on the detailed description of the comprehensive transformation process of the old residential area in Xukangli,this paper puts forward that the transformation of the old residential area should be carried out in five stages:demand collection,scheme design,scheme publicity,project implementation and satisfaction survey,and puts forward some suggestions on how to mobilize the residents’willingness to participate in the transformation.For the future,the implementation path of residents,community and government participation is proposed.
