摘 要:通过对某水电厂第二溢洪道各闸墩中部裂缝选取典型代表性闸墩(3号中闸墩)进行有限元分析,主要研究原闸墩在开裂前后的受力性能以及对溢洪道后期正常运行的影响。结论如下:闸墩原结构(未开裂前)裂缝周边应力均较小,最大拉应力为0.25×10^(3)kPa,均远小于混凝土抗拉强度;根据计算成果分析对比表和闸墩应力云图,表明闸墩在开裂后裂缝周边应力得到释放,裂缝周边主拉压应力均变小,裂缝已趋向稳定;后期应做好裂缝的封闭防护,防止裂缝碳化钢筋锈蚀等情况继续发展,影响混凝土结构的耐久性。Based on the finite element analysis of the cracks in the middle of the second spillway of a hydroelectric power plant,the mechanical properties of the original piers before and after the cracks and the influence on the normal operation of the spillway in the later period are studied.The conclusions are as follows:the stress around cracks in the original structure of the gate pier(before cracking)is small,and the maximum tensile stress is 0.25×10^(3)kPa,which is far less than the tensile strength of concrete.According to the analysis and comparison table of the calculation results and the stress nephogram of the gate pier,it is shown that the stress around the crack of the gate pier is released,the principal tensile and compressive stresses around the crack become smaller,and the crack tends to be stable.The closure and protection of cracks should be done in the later stage to prevent the continued development of cracks and carbonized steel corrosion,which will affect the durability of concrete structures.
