摘 要:为提高碳纤维复合材料的吸波性能,制备了一种基于碳/磁异质涂层修饰的磁性碳纤维复合吸波材料,采用扫描电子显微镜观察了磁性碳纤维的表面形貌,通过相关测试表征了其电磁参数、波阻抗、损耗因子及吸波性能。结果表明:碳纤维表面构筑了结构稳定的碳/磁异质涂层,该纤维复介电常数实部和虚部分别为2.19~22.32和4.2~32.3,复磁导率的实部和虚部分别为0.98~1.15和0.39~0.44,波阻抗为83.6~260.7Ω,电、磁损耗因子分别为1.17~2.05和0.34~0.43,最低反射损耗为-23.1 dB,有效带宽为4.14 GHz。In order to improve the wave-absorbing property of carbon fiber composite,a kind of magnetic carbon fiber/epoxy resin composite wave-absorbing material modified by carbon/magnetic heterogeneous coating was prepared.The surface morphology of magnetic carbon fiber was observed by scanning electron microscope,and its electromagnetic parameters,wave impedance,loss factor and wave-absorbing property were characterized.The results show that the carbon/magnetic heterogeneous coating constructed on the surface of carbon fiber with stable structure.The real part and imaginary part of the complex permittivity of magnetic carbon fiber is 2.19-22.32 and 4.2-32.3,respectively.The real part and imaginary part of the complex permeability is 0.98-1.15 and 0.39-0.44,respectively.The wave impedance is 83.6-260.7Ω,and the loss factors of electric and magnetic is 1.17-2.05 and 0.34-0.43,respectively.The minimum reflection loss is-23.1 dB,and the effective bandwidth is 4.14 GHz.
