摘  要:为了解决悬浮式二氧化钛(TiO_(2))光催化剂易凝聚失活、分离困难等问题,采用沸石(NaY)分子筛对TiO_(2)进行负载,优化TiO_(2)/NaY复合催化剂制备工艺条件,探究NaY的引入及用量对TiO_(2)晶型、相转变温度、催化活性的影响。结果表明:当TiO_(2)负载量为35%、焙烧温度500℃、焙烧时间2 h、催化剂用量0.08 g(亚甲基蓝溶液100 mL)时,TiO_(2)/NaY复合催化剂显示出最佳催化降解效果,对初始质量浓度为20 mg/L的亚甲基蓝溶液光催化降解0.5 h,降解率达95.42%,比纯TiO_(2)提高了22.3%。NaY的高稳定性、高紫外光穿透性,以及丰富规整的微孔和笼结构,不仅可以解决TiO_(2)回收问题,还能改善TiO_(2)光催化效果。The major problems of TiO_(2)photocatalyst are easy aggregation and deactivation,and obvious difficulty in separation.In order to overcome some of the drawbacks of TiO_(2)photocatalyst in suspension,zeolite(NaY)molecular sieves were used to support TiO_(2).The preparation conditions of TiO_(2)/NaY composite photocatalyst were optimized in this research.Moreover,the effect of NaY on crystal type,phase transition temperature and photocatalytic properties was investigated,and the influence of TiO_(2)/NaY on the degradation of organic waste water was analyzed.The results indicate that the TiO_(2)/NaY composite photocatalyst exhibits the optimal photocatalytic activity under the conditions of TiO_(2)loading of 35%,sintering temperature of 500°C,roasting time of 2 h and catalyst dosage of 0.08 g(methylene blue solution of 100 mL).When methylene blue solution of an initial concentration of 20 mg/L was treated for 0.5 h with TiO_(2)/NaY composite photocatalyst,the photocatalytic degradation rate was 95.42%,22.3%higher than that of TiO_(2).High stability,high ultraviolet light transmission and regular microporous and cage structure of NaY is conducive to not only recycle of TiO_(2)but also improvement of photocatalytic activity of TiO_(2).
