摘 要:以C-Mn-Si、C-Mn-Al-Cr和C-Mn-Cr-Si 3种成分体系的双相钢为研究对象,采用连续退火模拟试验研究了退火气氛露点对钢板表面合金元素选择性氧化的影响。使用辉光放电发射光谱分析了退火试样表面元素深度分布,使用扫描电镜观察了试样表面外氧化及截面内氧化形貌。结果表明,露点对3种成分体系的双相钢合金元素选择性氧化的影响趋势一致,即露点升高后,合金元素外氧化均减少,内氧化增加。Si、Al、Cr 3种合金元素对C、Mn含量基本相同的双相钢表面的选择性氧化有不同的影响。露点-40℃退火时,含Si的C-Mn双相钢中的Mn和Si元素会同时在次表层形成少量内氧化;含Al的C-Mn双相钢仅在次表层形成Al的内氧化,从而形成了更严重的Mn元素外氧化。但当露点达到0℃及以上时,含Al的C-Mn双相钢Mn元素外氧化更少,Cr元素和Mn元素的内外氧化趋势较相似。Taking C-Mn-Si,C-Mn-Al-Cr and C-Mn-Cr-Si dual phase steel as the research object,and the effect of annealing atmosphere dew point on the selective oxidation of alloy elements on the surface of steel plate was studied by continuous annealing simulation test.The depth distribution of elements on the surface of annealed samples was analyzed by glow discharge optical emission spectroscopy(GD-OES),and the surface morphology of external oxidation and cross-section morphology of internal oxidation of the samples were observed by scanning electron microscopy.The results show that the effect of dew point on the selective oxidation of alloy elements in the three composition systems of dual phase steel is the same,that is,with the increase of dew point,the external oxidation of alloy elements decreases and the internal oxidation increases.Alloy elements like Si,Al and Cr have different effects on the selective oxidation of the dual phase steel with basically the same content of C and Mn.When the dew point is-40℃,Mn and Si elements in C-Mn dual phase steel containing Si will both form a small amount of internal oxidation on the sub surface layer,and the C-Mn dual phase steel containing Al only forms the internal oxidation of Al in the sub surface layer,resulting in more serious external oxidation of Mn.However,when the dew point reaches 0℃or above,the external oxidation of Mn element in C-Mn dual phase steel containing Al is less,and the internal and external oxidation trends of Cr and Mn are similar.
