摘 要:使用BAg30T药芯钎料对Cu/Q235A异种金属进行感应钎焊试验,研究了Cu/Q235A异种金属钎焊接头的力学性能和耐腐蚀性能。结果表明:Cu/Q235A钎焊接头的抗拉强度为214 MPa,与铜的抗拉强度接近,接头性能良好。在Cu/Q235A钎焊接头中,耐腐蚀性能从高至低依次为Cu>BAg30T钎缝>Q235A;钎焊接头经盐雾腐蚀96 h后抗拉强度下降了33%,腐蚀480 h后抗拉强度下降了74%,钎焊接头抗拉强度受盐雾腐蚀影响较大;腐蚀产物主要存在钢侧和钎缝处,未被腐蚀产物覆盖的表面存在点蚀,且随着腐蚀时间的增加腐蚀坑密度和尺寸变大,微观观察表明腐蚀产物呈现棉球状和絮状,腐蚀产物主要为Fe_(2)O_(3)和Fe_(3)O_(4),且O_(2)与Cl^(-)参与腐蚀反应。The induction brazing test of Cu/Q235A dissimilar metal was carried out with BAg30T flux cored solder,and mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of Cu/Q235A dissimilar metal brazed joint were studied.The results show that the tensile strength of the Cu/Q235A brazed joint is 214 MPa,which is close to that of copper,and the joint performance is good.In the Cu/Q235A brazed joint,the corrosion resistance from high to low is Cu>BAg30T brazed joint>Q235A.The tensile strength of the brazed joint decreases by 33%after salt spray corrosion for 96 h and 74%after salt spray corrosion for 480 h,indicating that the tensile strength of the brazed joints is greatly affected by salt spray corrosion.The corrosion products mainly exist at the steel side and brazing joint.There is pitting corrosion on the surface not covered by the corrosion products,and the density and size of the corrosion pit become larger with the increase of corrosion time.Microscopic observation shows that the corrosion products are cotton ball and flocculent,the corrosion products are mainly Fe_(2)O_(3) and Fe_(3)O_(4),and O_(2) and Cl^(-) participate in the corrosion reaction.
