槐榆止血汤联合复方宁唑栓治疗湿热下注型内痔出血34例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察槐榆止血汤联合宁唑栓治疗湿热下注型Ⅰ、Ⅱ度内痔出血的临床疗效。方法:采用随机分组方法,对照组与治疗组各纳入观察对象36例,对照组口服痔康片同时外用宁唑栓塞肛治疗;治疗组则采用槐榆止血汤内服同时外用宁唑栓塞肛治疗,两组均用药物治疗7 d,并在7 d后观察两组的便血症状是否改善、中医证候及舌脉象评分等治疗情况。结果:对比两组治疗后的便血疗效,对照组的显愈率为75%,使用槐榆止血汤联合宁唑栓的治疗组的显愈率为94.12%,治疗组的便血疗效显著高于对照组,两组间数据比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:槐榆止血汤配合宁唑栓治疗内痔出血湿热下注证疗效较佳。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Huaiyu Zhixue Decoction combined with Ningzuol Suppository in the treatment of damp-heat lowering type I and II internal hemorrhoid bleeding.Methods A randomized grouping method was used.The control group and the treatment group were each enrolled in 36 cases.The control group was treated with oral Zhikang tablets and external ningzole embolization,while the treatment group was treated with Huaiyu Zhixue Decoction and external ningzol embolization.Both Patients in the two groups were treated with drugs for 7 days.After 7 days,the symptoms of blood in the stool,TCM syndromes,and tongue and pulse scores of the two groups were observed.Results The curative effect of hematochezia after treatment was compared between the two groups.The positive drug control group had a remarkable healing rate of 75%,and the treatment group using Huaiyu Zhixue Decoction combined with Ningzuol Suppository had a marked healing rate of 94.12%.The treatment group had a significant hemorrhage effect Higher than the control group,there is a significant difference in data between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Huaiyu Zhixue Decoction combined with Ningzuol Suppository has better curative effect in treating internal hemorrhoid hemorrhage with damp-heat syndrome.
