摘 要:转盘转矩是反映钻具工作状态的重要参数。随着钻井深度的增加,转盘结构发生变化,以往的转矩传感器不再适用于超大口径转盘转矩的测试。本文通过对比现有不同辐条形状的性能,设计了一种工字形辐条的轮辐式转矩传感器。建立了四种辐条形状轮辐式转矩传感器的理论模型,利用有限元软件进行静力学仿真,并对四种传感器进行了实验。结果显示实验得出的灵敏度与理论计算结果一致,表明这四种轮辐式传感器的理论模型合理;工字形辐条传感器测量灵敏度最高,说明其适用于超大口径转盘转矩测量。Turntable torque is an important parameter that reflects working state of the drilling tool.As the drilling depth increases,the structure of the turntable changes,and the previous torque sensor is no longer suitable for testing the torque of the super-diameter turntable.A spoke-type torque sensor with I-shaped spokes is designed by comparing the performance of existing different spoke shapes.The theoretical models of four spoke-shaped spoke-type torque sensors are established,and the statics simulation is carried out by using finite element software.The experiments on the four sensors are carried out.The results show that the sensitivity obtained by the experiment is consistent with the theoretical calculation result,indicating that these four theoretical models of the spoke sensor is reasonable.The I-shaped spoke sensor has the highest measurement sensitivity,indicating that it is suitable for the torque measurement of ultra large-diameter turntable.
