输水隧洞不良地质段回填灌浆试验方案探析

摘　　要：辽宁省重点输水工程在2号主洞施工过程中遭遇了不良地质段,发生了严重的塌方涌水,为保证工程安全,在衬砌前对该段隧洞进行回填灌浆。文中对回填灌浆材料选择、灌浆方法、质量控制等进行了探讨,通过试验的方式确定最终灌浆参数,可供相关类似工程参考。In the construction process of no.2 main tunnel in the key water conveyance project of Liaoning Province,a bad geological section was encountered,and serious water gushing occurred.In order to ensure the safety of the project,backfill grouting was carried out for this section of tunnel before lining.In this paper,the material selection,grouting method and quality control of backfill grouting are discussed,and the final grouting parameters are determined by means of experiment,which can be used as reference for related similar projects.
