摘 要:通过盐池试验研究盐分胁迫下不同棉花生长状况和产量。采用盐池培育棉花的手段,设计三种处理,分别为低盐(原试验地土壤盐度)、中盐(含盐量为0.3%)和高盐(含盐量为0.6%),测定棉花出苗率、株高、干物质积累量、叶片叶绿素含量等生理指标及产量。研究表明,棉花出苗率、株高、干物质积累量、叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量及产量随盐分含量增高呈下降趋势。因棉花出苗率随盐分含量增高而降低,收获时其单株铃数、铃重也有所下降,最终导致产量明显下降。相同灌水量下,滴灌棉花比淹灌更有优势。A salt pool experiment was carried out to study cotton growth and yield changes under salt stress.The method of cultivating cotton in salt ponds is to design three kinds of salt treatments,which are low-salt(salt salinity in the original experimental site)treatment,medium-salt treatment(salt content 0.3%),and high-salt treatment(salt content 0.6%),determine the biochemical indicators and yield of cotton emergence rate,plant height,dry matter accumulation,leaf chlorophyll content.The experimental data showed that the emergence rate,plant height,dry matter accumulation,chlorophyll content,soluble sugar content and yield of cotton showed a downward trend with the increase of soil salt content.The cotton emergence rate was decreased with the increase of salinity,and the bell data,bell weight and the yield was decreased at harvest time,so the yield was significant decreased.Under the same irrigation volume,cotton under drip irrigation has more advantages than flood irrigation.
