颅脑CT在慢性酒精中毒性精神病检查中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析酒精中毒所致精神病的疾病特点,评价颅脑电子计算机断层扫描(CT)在慢性酒精中毒性精神病检查中的应用价值,为慢性酒精中毒性精神病患者的诊治工作提供参考,以便更好的了解慢性酒精中毒性精神病患者的临床特点。方法选择我院2017年2月至2019年2月收治住院治疗的慢性酒精中毒性精神病患者,总计50例,安排患者进行颅脑CT进行检查。参与者均知情同意,获得伦理委员会审核批准。了解颅脑CT检查效果,包括颅脑CT异常表现以及脑萎缩具体情况。结果50例慢性酒精中毒性精神病患者经过颅脑CT检查后,发现有47例患者均存在颅脑CT异常表现,占同期的94.00%。而从患者脑萎缩情况来看,多数患者处于轻度及中度脑萎缩状况。结论颅脑CT在慢性酒精中毒性精神病检查中具有较高的敏感性,能够有效了解患者的脑萎缩具体情况,进而提高了检查的准确性。在提高检查准确性的基础上,为患者临床治疗工作的开展提供了有价值的参考依据,进一步促进了患者的预后与安全性,是一种有效的影像学检查方法。Objective To analyze the characteristics of mental illness caused by alcoholism,to evaluate the application value of cranial CT(Computed Tomography)in the examination of chronic alcoholism psychosis,and to diagnose and treat patients with chronic alcoholism psychosis provide references to better understand the clinical characteristics of patients with chronic alcoholism psychosis.Methods Selected patients with chronic alcoholism psychosis who were hospitalized in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019,a total of 50 cases were selected,and the patients were arranged for brain CT examination.Participants'informed consent was reviewed and approved by the ethics committee.Understand the effects of cranial CT examination,including abnormal manifestations of cranial CT and specific conditions of brain atrophy.Results After 50 patients with chronic alcoholism psychosis were examined by brain CT,47 patients were found to have abnormal brain CT findings,accounting for 94.00%of the same period.From the perspective of patients with brain atrophy,most patients are in mild and moderate brain atrophy.Conclusion Brain CT has high sensitivity in the examination of chronic alcoholism and psychosis,and can effectively understand the specific conditions of the patient's brain atrophy,thereby improving the accuracy of the examination.On the basis of improving the accuracy of examination,it provides a valuable reference for the development of clinical treatment of patients,further promotes the prognosis and safety of patients,and is an effective imaging examination method.
