摘　　要：目的探讨三联护理对ICU气管插管患者排痰效果及肺部感染率的影响。方法将我院80例ICU气管插管患者采用双盲随机法分为两组。对照组给予常规护理,试验组实施三联护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理前,两组简明健康状况量表(SF-36)评分比较,P>0.05;护理后,两组SF-36评分均显著升高,其中试验组显著高于对照组,P<0.05。试验组的患者对护理工作的满意评分比对照组高(t=7.767,P=0.000)。试验组日均排痰量高于对照组,痰液黏稠程度评分低于对照组,平均住院时间短于对照组,P<0.05。试验组肺部感染发生率低于对照组(χ^(2)=6.978,P=0.013)。结论ICU气管插管患者实施三联护理的效果确切,可有效增加患者的排痰量,降低痰液黏稠程度,减少肺部感染风险,缩短住院时间,提高患者对护理工作的满意度和生存质量水平。Objective To explore the effect of triple nursing on sputum excretion and pulmonary infection rate of patients with tracheal intubation in ICU.Methods A total of 80 patients with tracheal intubation in ICU were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing and the experimental group received triple nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results Before nursing,the SF-36 score of two groups was no significant,P>0.05;after nursing,the SF-36 scores of the two groups were significantly increased,and the test group was significantly higher than the control group,P<0.05.The patients in the experimental group had a higher satisfaction score for nursing work than the control group(t=7.767,P=0.000).The average daily sputum excretion of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the score of sputum viscosity was lower than that of the control group,and the average hospital stay was shorter than that of the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of lung infection in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(χ^(2)=6.978,P=0.013).Conclusion The effect of triple nursing in ICU patients with tracheal intubation is definite,which can effectively increase the patient's sputum production,reduce the viscosity of sputum,reduce the risk of lung infection,shorten the length of hospitalization,and improve patient satisfaction with nursing work and quality of life.
