妇产科成分输血预防输血反应的护理对策

摘　　要：目的探讨分析妇产科成分输血预防输血反应的护理对策与研究。方法本次研究从2019年1月至2021年1月,选择在我院进行成分输血的妇产科患者80例作为本次研究的入组成员,通过随机数表法的方式将其分为两组,分别为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40),对照组仅通过常规护理模式进行护理工作,观察组则通过针对性护理模式进行护理工作,对比两组患者的护理满意度、不良反应、生活质量水平以及心理情况。结果观察组患者的护理满意度、不良反应发生率、生活质量各维度评分、SAS评分、SDS评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对妇产科中需要接受成分输血治疗的患者,对其通过更加有针对性的护理措施进行护理工作,患者对于医护人员的满意程度更高,出现的不良反应概率也得到大幅度的降低,生活质量水平提升到新的阶梯,心理情绪更加稳定,是一种更加安全可靠的治疗方式。Objective To explore and analyze the nursing countermeasures and research of component blood transfusion in obstetrics and gynecology to prevent blood transfusion reaction.Methods From January 2019 to January 2021,80 obstetrics and gynecology patients undergoing component blood transfusion in our hospital were selected as the enrolled members of this study.They were divided into two groups by random number table method:control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40).The control group only carried out nursing work through routine nursing mode,the observation group carried out nursing work through targeted nursing mode,and compared the nursing satisfaction,adverse reactions,quality of life and psychological situation of the two groups.Results The patients in the observation group were better than the control group in terms of nursing satisfaction,incidence of adverse reactions,quality of life scores,SAS score,and SDS score(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients who need to receive component blood transfusion in obstetrics and Gynecology,through more targeted nursing measures,patients are more satisfied with medical staff,the probability of adverse reactions has been greatly reduced,the quality of life has been improved to a new level,and their psychological mood is more stable.It is a more safe and reliable treatment method.
