摘　　要：目的研究院前转送主动脉夹层患者的院前急救与护理,并进行分析。方法本次研究样本选取时间为2017年6月至2018年6月,研究对象为此期间进行经长途转送的42例主动脉夹层患者,将两组患者采用随机数字分配法,平均分成两组,即对照组与试验组,各21例,对照组患者实施常规急救护理,试验组患者实施规范性院前急救与护理,对两组患者的救治结果进行对比。结果与对照组各项指标比较,试验组患者最终转运成功率高于对照组,且试验组患者当中未出现转运过程中死亡的患者,对比两组患者及家属的护理满意度,试验组高于对照组,且并发症发生率较低(P<0.05)。结论对行院间转送的主动脉夹层患者采取规范性院前急救与护理,可以在转运期间即对患者进行合理的救治和护理干预,有效避免患者在转运过程中病情出现变化或者恶化发展,减少患者出现严重并发症的概率,有效提高院前急救以及护理水平,能显著提高患者转送成功率,最大限度挽救患者生命,患者家属对急救与护理工作给予高度的任何,护理满意度更高。Objective To study and analyze the pre hospital first aid and nursing of patients with aortic dissection.Methods The study samples were selected from June 2017 to June 2018.The subjects were 42 patients with aortic dissection who underwent long-distance transfer during this period.The two groups were randomly divided into two groups,namely,the control group and the experimental group,with 21 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received routine first aid nursing,and the patients in the experimental group received normative pre hospital first aid and nursing,The treatment results of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the final transport success rate of patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and there were no patients who died in the transport process in the experimental group.Compared with the nursing satisfaction of patients and their families in the two groups,the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized pre hospital first aid and nursing for patients with aortic dissection transferred between hospitals can provide reasonable treatment and nursing intervention for patients during transportation,effectively avoid the change or deterioration of patients'condition during transportation,reduce the probability of serious complications,and effectively improve the level of pre hospital first aid and nursing,it can significantly improve the success rate of patient transfer and save the patient's life to the greatest extent.The patient's family members give high priority to the first aid and nursing work,and the nursing satisfaction is higher.
