摘  要:目的观察低浓度二氧化氯气体对黑曲霉的生长是否具有抑制作用。方法采用培养基平皿为染菌载体,观察低浓度(0.28±0.02) mg/m^(3)二氧化氯气体对黑曲霉生长的影响。结果试验组空气中二氧化氯浓度保持在(0.28±0.02) mg/m^(3),作用48 h后对照组有霉菌菌落生长,试验组未长出菌落,仅有微量菌丝生长;作用72和96 h,对照组和试验组均有菌落生长,对照组菌落直径及生长面积是试验组的2倍以上;作用48、72和96 h,对照组霉菌生长等级均大于试验组霉菌生长等级。结论在试验观察期内,低浓度二氧化氯气体对黑曲霉的生长有抑制作用。Objective To observe the inhibitory effect of low concentration gas chlorine dioxide on the growth of Aspergillus niger.Methods The medium plate was used as the carrier to observe the effect of low concentration(0.28±0.02) mg/m^(3)of gas chlorine dioxide on the growth of Aspergillus niger.Results In the experimental group, the concentration of chlorine dioxide in the air was kept at(0.28±0.02) mg/m^(3).After 48 h of treatment, mold colonies grew in the control group, but no colonies grew in the experimental group, only trace mycelia;After 72 and 96 h, both the control group and the experimental group had colony growth, and the colony diameter and growth area of the control group were more than twice that of the experimental group.After 48,72 and 96 h, the mold growth grade of the control group was higher than that of the experimental group.Conclusion Low concentration of chlorine dioxide gas can inhibit the growth of Aspergillus niger.
