药品微生物实验室医疗废物有效灭菌方式探讨

摘　　要：目的保障微生物实验室生物安全及对医疗废弃物实现无害化处理,讨论下排气式压力蒸汽灭菌器对医疗废物的有效灭菌方式。方法在不同位置、不同装载容器条件下,利用温度监控设备呈现的物理杀灭效果和生物指示剂评估的生物杀灭效果2种方式,监测下排气式压力蒸汽灭菌器对医疗废物的灭菌效果。结果通过合理的装载方式,实验室常规医疗废物运行121℃,30 min的灭菌程序可以实现无害化处理。建议易洒易变形的废弃物装载在多孔桶中,其他废弃物装载在网筐中,并尽量敞口放置。结论微生物实验室采用下排气式压力蒸汽灭菌器对医疗废物进行灭菌时,需采用适宜的装载容器且保证蒸汽穿透性,才能实现有效灭菌。Objective In order to ensure the biological safety of microbiology laboratory and realize harmless treatment of medical waste, the effective sterilization method of medical waste by pressure steam sterilizer with lower exhaust was discussed.Methods The sterilization effect of the lower exhaust pressure steam sterilizer on medical waste was monitored by using the physical sterilization effect of temperature monitoring equipment and biological indicators under different loading conditions. Results With reasonable loading method, the routine medical waste in laboratory could be treated innocuously after sterilization at 121℃ for 30 min. It was recommended that the waste of easy leakage deformation be loaded in the porous bucket, and the other waste be loaded in the net basket, and placed as open as possible. Conclusion When the down-exhaust pressure steam sterilizer is used to sterilize medical waste in microbiology laboratory, it is necessary to use appropriate loading container and to ensure the steam penetration to achieve effective sterilization.
