两种84消毒液稳定性及杀菌效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察2种84消毒液稳定性及杀菌性能。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和理化分析方法,对2种84消毒液的稳定性和消毒相关性能进行比较观察。结果Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型84消毒液有效氯含量均为57.86 g/L。2种84消毒液密封包装在25℃存放6个月,Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型84消毒液有效氯下降率分别为22.04%和3.01%。有效氯含量均为100 mg/L的Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型84消毒液对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌分别作用1 min和15 mim,平均杀灭对数值>5.0。Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型84消毒液有效氯含量均为2 500 mg/L,对悬液内枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢,Ⅰ型84消毒液作用15 min以及Ⅱ型84消毒液作用60 min,平均杀灭对数值>5.0。结论Ⅰ型84消毒液稳定性低于Ⅱ型84消毒液,但其杀菌效果明显优于Ⅱ型84消毒液。Objective To observe the disinfectant performance and stability of two kinds of 84 disinfectants. Methods The suspension quantitative germicidal test and physicochemical property test were used to test the stability and the effect of killing bacteria and spore of two kind of 84 disinfectant.Results The available chlorine contentrations of type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ 84 disinfectants were both 57.86 g/L.After stored at 25℃ for 6 months, the decrease rate was 22.04% and 3.01% respectively.When the available chlorine concentration was 100 mg/L, the killing logarithm value of Staphylococcus aureus was >5.0 by typeⅠand typeⅡ 84 disinfectant in 1 min and 15 min respectively.When the available chlorine concentration was 2 500 mg/L, the killing logarithm value of Bacillus subtilis var niger was >5.0 by type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ 84 disinfectants in 15 min and 60 min respectively.Conclusion The stability of type Ⅰ 84 disinfectant is lower than that of type Ⅱ, but its germicidal efficacy is obviously better than that of type Ⅱ.
