摘　　要：目的了解阜阳市二级及以上医疗机构硬式内镜管理现况。方法 2020年6月通过电子调查问卷方式对阜阳市二级及以上医疗机构硬式内镜管理现状进行调查。结果共调查24家医疗机构,其中三级8家,二级16家。24家医疗机构中,对硬式内镜管理工作较为重视,有相应的管理制度、培训、操作流程和专人负责,布局流程得以优化,部分医疗机构管理方式欠缺,设施、设备及防护用品配备不足,监测工作欠规范。结论阜阳市二级及以上医疗机构对硬式内镜管理工作比较重视,有相应的管理制度、培训、操作流程和专人负责。Objective To investigate the current situation of hard endoscopy management in secondary and above medical institutions in Fuyang city.Methods The current situation of hard endoscopy management in secondary and above medical institutions in Fuyang city was investigated by electronic questionnaire.Results A total of 24 medical institutions were investigated, including 8 at level Ⅲ and 16 at level Ⅱ.Among the 24 medical institutions, they took seriously on the management of hard endoscopy, had corresponding management system, training, operation process and special personnel.The layout process had been optimized, some medical institutions lack management methods, insufficient facilities, equipment and protective articles, and the monitoring work was not standardized.Conclusion Fuyang secondary and above medical institutions pay more attention to the management of hard endoscopy, and have corresponding management system, training, operation process and special personnel.
