摘 要:为考察有色米水稻新品种(品系)红两优8012和神农优红丝苗的产量潜力和抗性,为其审定和推广应用提供数据支撑,以当地红稻品种“红稻8号”为对照,于2020年在云南省西双版纳傣族自治州勐海县开展随机区组试验。结果表明:①红两优8012、神农优红丝苗的产量分别为653.40 kg/0.067 hm^(2)和664.80 kg/0.067 hm^(2),分别较对照红稻8号增加31.19%和32.37%,差异极显著(P<0.01)。究其原因,神农优红丝苗和红两优8012每穗粒数显著高于红稻8号,分别较红稻8号增加45.93%和49.33%;②神农优红丝苗和红两优8012的抗病性较强,表现为叶瘟、穗颈瘟和纹枯病不感病,神农优红丝苗轻感白叶枯病,为10.00%,红两优8012不感白叶枯病,而对照品种红稻8号叶瘟和穗颈瘟均为重感,白叶枯为中感,分别为43.33%、50.00%和6.67%。综合看出,红两优8012、神农优红丝苗具有较高的产量潜力和抗病性。In order to investigate the yield potential and resistance of new colored rice varieties, Hongliangyou 8012 and Shennongyou Hongsimiao, and provide data support for their approval and popularization, a randomized block test was conducted in Menghai County, in 2020, with the local red rice variety Hongdao No.8 as the control. The results showed that:(1)the yields of Hongliangyou 8012 and Shennongyou Hongsimiao were 653.40 kg/0.067 hm^(2) and 664.80 kg/0.067 hm^(2), respectively, which were 31.19% and 32.37% higher than that of Hongdao 8(P< 0.01);The reason is that the number of grains per panicle of Shennongyou Hongsimiao and Hongliangyou 8012 was significantly higher than that of Hongdao No.8, increased by 45.93% and 49.33% respectively.(2)Shennongyou Hongsimiao and Hongliangyou 8012 had strong disease resistance, showing that they were not susceptible to leaf blast, panicle neck blast and sheath blight. Shennongyou Hongsimiao was lightly susceptible to white leaf blight(10.00%), while Hongliangyou 8012 was not susceptible to white leaf blight. Hongdao No. 8 was highly susceptible to leaf blast and panicle neck blast, while white leaf blight was moderately susceptible(43.33%, 50.00% and 6.67%). The results showed that Hongliangyou 8012 and Shennongyou Hongsimiao seedlings had high yield potential and disease resistance.
