摘  要:液冷机柜方案是解决散热量与噪音之间矛盾的最有效手段。本文对一种密闭式摇架机柜进行热设计,机柜内部使用气-液换热器散热,并对工作工况和启动工况进行了实验和仿真验证。然后,实验测试了密闭摇架机柜的散热性能,并依据实验结果对风机配置进行优化,提升了插箱散热效果一致性。最后,对机柜内气-液换热器风机进行了电压调速降噪测试,对机柜内插箱和气-液换热器内风机进行损坏实验。该研究成果对密闭式摇架机柜的热设计提供了重要支撑,对同类产品的散热设计具有切实的指导意义。Liquid-cooled cabinets are the most effective productes to resolve the conflict between heat dispersion and noise control.This paper designed a closed rack cabinet which used a gas-liquid heat exchanger on the bottom.And simulations and experiments are conducted to verify the working condition and starting condition.After that,the heat dispersion performance is verified by experiments,and the fan configuration and heat dissipation consistency are optimized on the base of expetimental results.In the end,noise resucting experiments of the gas-liquid heat exchanger by means of the fan speed control by voltage and fan damage test of the gas-liquid heat exchanger are conducted.The results are crucial support for the thermal design of closed rack cabinet.This study have practical guiding significance for the heat dissipation design of similar products.
