摘 要:在高低温环境模拟试验设备中,一般通过冷负荷结合压焓图来进行压缩机选型,准确计算冷负荷对于制冷系统的节能具有重要意义。由于在高低温试验箱中主要的降温热交换过程是通过空气的强制对流来完成,一般的稳态传热过程很难对冷负荷进行精确计算。在防爆实验箱的设计中,为保证箱体的耐冲击性,往往采用较厚的箱体内壁厚,这就为制冷系统冷负荷的确定带来一定难度。本文以某防爆环境试验箱为例,通过自动微分算法,分析了稳态传热计算中冷负荷对22个箱体设计变量的敏感性,得到了影响冷负荷最大的5个设计变量,同时通过全箱体的三维非稳态对流换热CFD计算,验证了主要设计变量对降温过程的影响。结论证明,箱体内壁厚是重要的降温负载,其壁厚对冷负荷影响十分显著。In environmental test chamber,generally through the cooling load combined with the pressure enthalpy diagram toselect compressor,accurate calculation of the cooling load for the refrigeration system energy saving is of great significance.Since the main heat exchange process in the test chamber is accomplished by forced convection of air,it is difficult to accurately calculate the cooling load by the steady-state heat transfer process.In this paper,the sensitivity of the cooling load to 22 design variables in the steady-state calculation is analyzed through the automatic differential algorithm,and 5 design variables that affect the cooling load the most are obtained,while the influence of the main design variables on the cooling process is verified through the three-dimensional unsteady state convective heat transfer CFD simulation of the whole chamber.The conclusion proves that the heat capacity effect of the inner box wall is the one of the main cooling load,and its wall thickness has significant effect on the cooling load.
