摘 要:针对既有联锁系统中控制系统配线复杂,可靠性低、维护成本高的缺点,本文研究了一种无继电接点信号机安全驱采控制装置,基于轨旁安全控制原理,采用远程通信与全电子技术,实现轨旁信号机的智能化控制、监测于一体化设计,解决了继电器启动时的电流瞬时冲击、安装施工难度大以及维护成本高的问题,而且可实现现场免维修,维护便捷的需求。经实验验证,该装置运行稳定,实用性强,为日后的分布式联锁提供技术储备。The control system in the existing interlocking system has the disadvantages of complicated wiring,low reliability and high maintenance cost.This paper proposes a safe drive acquisition and control device for non-re-lay contact signals.Based on the principle of distributed control and safety control,it uses network communica-tion technology and all-electronic technology to realize intelligent control and monitoring of trackside signals.The design not only solves the problems of the instantaneous impact of the current when the relay is started,the diffi-culty of installation and construction,and the high maintenance cost,but also meets the needs of on-site mainte-nance-free and convenient management and maintenance.Finally,it is verified by experiments that the device runs stably and has strong practicability,which can provide technical reserves for the application of distributed interlocking in the future.
