蒙晋冀(乌大张)长城金三角合作区经济协同发展实证研究--基于复合系统协同度模型

摘　　要：采用乌兰察布市、大同市、张家口市2009—2019年间的5项经济指标:人均GDP、全社会固定资产投资、第二产业增加值、第三产业增加值、地方财政预算收入,运用复合系统协同模型,结合熵权统计法对蒙晋冀(乌大张)长城金三角合作区经济的协同发展水平进行实证研究。结果表明:蒙晋冀(乌大张)长城金三角合作区区域经济复合系统协同发展水平较低,仍处于中低协同演变水平,三地的经济协同发展水平有待进一步提高。因此需要重视经济协同发展中的关键因素,加快产业集聚,加强经济协作,组建并强化区域利益协调组织—乌大张长城金三角区经济协同发展委员会,促进区域经济协同发展。This paper studies the coordinated economic development level of the Great Wall Golden Triangle cooperation zone of Inner Mongolia,Shanxi and Hebei(Wudazhang)and selects five indicators comprising per capita GDP,total social fixed assets in-vestment of the whole society,the added value of the secondary industry,the added value of the tertiary industry and the local fiscal revenue from 2009 to 2019 to do empirical research using the entropy weight statistical method combined with the composite system collaborative model.The results show:the collaborative development level of the regional economic complex system in the Great Wall Golden Triangle cooperation zone of Inner Mongolia,Shanxi and Hebei(Wudazhang)is low,and it is still in the middle and low level of collaborative evolution.The level of economic collaborative development of the three places needs to be further im-proved.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the role of key factors in economic coordinated development,accelerate industri-al agglomeration in that strengthen economic cooperation,and establish and strengthen the regional interest coordination body-Wudazhang Great Wall Golden Triangle Economic Coordination Development Committee to promote the coordinated development of regional economy.
