摘 要:目的评估荧光染色法在浅部皮肤真菌感染诊断中的价值。方法选取553例疑似浅部真菌感染标本,分别采用KOH湿片法和荧光染色法检测标本中真菌有形成分,对比两种检测方法的检测结果。结果553例临床可疑浅部皮肤真菌感染标本中,两种方法均可观察到长短不等的菌丝,但KOH湿片法中背景杂乱,不易观察,荧光染色法中真菌被荧光标记,可观察到清晰的蓝色菌丝;KOH湿片法共检出362例阳性标本(阳性率85.4%),荧光染色法共检出472例阳性标本(阳性率65.5%)。结论直接镜检法是浅部皮肤真菌形态学检查的基本方法。相较于KOH湿片法,荧光染色法是一种快速、高效、准确诊断浅部皮肤真菌感染的方法。Objective To evaluate the effects of fluorescent staining method in the diagnosis of superficial fungal infections.Methods 553 samples of suspected fungal infection were selected.The KOH wet film method and fluorescent staining method were used to detect the formed elements in the specimens,and the results of the two detection methods were compared.Results In the 553 samples of suspected fungal infection,both methods can observe the hyphae of varying length.In the KOH wet film method,the background is messy and it is not easy to observe.However,in the fluorescent staining method,the fungus is fluorescently labeled and can be observed clear blue hyphae.A total of 362 positive specimens(positive rate of 85.4%)were detected by the KOH wet film method.Staining positive samples were found in 472 cases(positive rate of 65.5%).Conclusion Direct microscopy is the basic method for morphological examination of superficial fungal.Compared to KOH wet film method,fluorescence staining is a fast,effi-cient and accurate method for diagnosing superficial fungal infections.
