摘 要:目的探讨原发性高血压患者左心室肌重量(LVM)与钠代谢的关系。方法选取131例原发性高血压患者作为研究对象,根据24 h尿钠水平分为A、B、C 3组,对其行心脏超声心动图检测,记录左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、室间隔厚度(IVST)及左室后壁厚度(LVPWT),并计算左心室肌重量指数(LVMI)。结果3组患者除LVPWT外,LVEDD、LVST、LVM、LVMI差异均有统计学意义。C组患者的LVEDD、LVST、LVM及LVMI明显高于A组,B组的LVEDD显著高于A组。LVMI与24 h尿钠呈统计学正相关,高钠盐摄入是LVMI的独立危险因素。结论高钠盐摄入可增加原发性高血压患者左心室肥厚的发病风险。Objective To explore the correlation between left ventricular muscle mass(LVM)and sodium metabolism in patients with essential hypertension.Methods 131 patients of essential hypertension were selected as the study subjects.The patients were di-vided into three groups(A,B,C)according to 24 h UNa+level.LVEDD,IVST and LVPWT of the patients were recorded by ultrason-ic cardiography detection,while left ventricular muscle mass index(LVMI)was calculated.Results Except for LVPWT,there wasstatistically difference in LVEDD,LVST,LVM and LVMI in three groups.Further pair comparison showed,LVEDD,LVST,LVM and LVMI in group C was significantly higher than group A,and LVEDD of group A had statistic difference when compared with group B.LVMI was positively correlated with urinary sodium.Multivariate linear regression analysis showed urinary sodium is an independent influencing factor of LVMI.Conclusion High sodium level significantly increases the risk of left ventricular hypertro-phy in patients with essential hypertension.
