摘  要:为给榆林沙区生态经济林营造和管理提供依据,试验研究了不同程度干旱胁迫条件下,元宝枫幼苗的生长量、水分利用率以及叶绿素含量和脯氨酸含量的变化。结果表明:在干旱胁迫下,元宝枫苗的生长虽然受到了不同程度的抑制,但仍能维持生长;在干旱程度的加深和干旱时间延长的状态下,其叶绿素含量都没有发生显著的变化,而脯氨酸含量却急剧增加和持续上升。说明元宝枫具有耐旱植物的基本生理特性,有较好的沙地适应性能,可以在沙区推广应用。This study analyzed the changes of growth,water use efficiency,chlorophyll content and proline content of Acer truncatum seedlings under different degrees of drought.The results showed that saplings of Acer truncatum could still maintain their growth under drought stress although inhibited to different degrees;with the deepening of drought degree and the extension of drought time,the chlorophyll content did not change significantly,but the proline content increased sharply and continuously.It shows that Acer truncatum has the basic physiological characteristics of drought tolerant plants,has good adaptability to sandy land,and can be popularized and applied in Sandy Areas.
