摘  要:鼠类的种子贮藏行为对植物种群扩散具有重要意义,对种子的选择受虫蛀等种子特征影响。为研究虫蛀因素对同域分布的不同鼠类选择种子的影响,于2016年9-11月在佛坪国家级自然保护区半自然围栏条件下,实验检验了虫蛀因素对秦岭地区分布密度较大的2种主要鼠类——中华姬鼠(Apodemus draco)和北社鼠(Niviventer confucianus)取食、贮藏板栗(Castanea mollissima)种子的影响。结果显示:中华姬鼠和北社鼠对取食、贮藏虫蛀与完好板栗种子的差异不显著(P>0.05);2种实验鼠的贮藏行为差异显著(P<0.05),中华姬鼠表现出分散和集中贮藏行为,北社鼠仅表现出集中贮藏行为。表明中华姬鼠和北社鼠对完好和虫蛀板栗种子没有表现出明显的鉴别行为,但在行为趋势上仍然更多取食、贮藏完好种子,种子的质量和营养价值可能影响鼠类的辨别行为。Within the plant-rodent system,insect infestation may affect decision of rodents to eat or hoard plant seeds,and subsequently affect seed dispersal fitness of these plants.This study investigated seed selective difference between infested and intact seeds of Fagaceae species(Castanea mollissima)by two sympatric rodent species(Niviventer confucianus and Apodemus draco)under semi-natural enclosure conditions in Foping National Nature Reserve,Qinling Mountains,during September to November in 2016.The results showed that:1)There were no significant differences in distinguishing intact and infested seeds between A.draco and N.confucianus;2)A.draco performed both larder hoarding and scatter hoarding behaviors,whereas N.confucianus only performed larder hoarding behavior.These results indicated that A.draco and N.confucianus showed no obvious discrimination between intact and infested seeds,but they still prefer to eat or hoard more intact seeds.It is speculated that the nutritional value of seeds may affect the discrimination behavior of rodents.
