摘  要:为给阿丁枫木材产业化窑干干燥提供依据和参考,促进和保障阿丁枫木材加工及其木质品质量,采用百度试验法研究了阿丁枫人工林木材干燥特性,并编制合理的干燥基准。结果表明:阿丁枫木材的干燥速度、初期开裂和扭曲等级均为2级;截面变形和内裂等级均为1级。分析阿丁枫木材的初期和末期干燥缺陷情况及干燥速度,参照百度试验缺陷等级及干燥缺陷对应的干燥条件,可知阿丁枫木材的干燥条件为:初期温度70℃,干湿球温度差4~6℃,末期温度95℃,初步编制出25~30 mm厚阿丁枫木材的干燥基准,为阿丁枫木材的实际窑干生产提供参考。The drying characteristics of Altingia chinensis wood were investigated based on the 100℃test method,and its reasonable drying schedule were drawn up.Results showed that the drying speed,initial checks and twist deformation of Altingia chinensis wood were grade 2.Both the degree of cross-section deformation and the internal cracks were grade 1.By analyzing the initial and final drying defects,drying speed of Altingia chinensis wood based on the defect level of 100℃test method and the drying condition corresponding to the drying defects,the initial and final drying temperatures of Altingia chinensis wood were 70℃and 95℃,and the temperature difference of dry-wet ball in initial drying stage was 4~6℃.Drying schedule reference of Altingia chinensis wood with the thickness of 25~30 mm was drawn up.It can provide a reference for the actual kiln drying production of Altingia chinensis wood.
