摘　　要：目的探究爱惜帮缝线环扎联合多角度8字张力带缝合复位固定治疗髌骨骨折的可行性及临床效果。方法将48例髌骨骨折患者按治疗方法不同分为研究组(n=24)与对照组(n=24)。研究组采用爱惜帮缝线环扎联合多角度8字张力带缝合复位及固定治疗,对照组采用克氏针张力带固定治疗。比较两组手术相关指标,临床疗效及并发症发生情况。结果两组的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、初次治疗费用、骨折愈合时间、Bostman评分、临床疗效比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。研究组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论爱惜帮缝线环扎联合多角度8字张力带缝合复位固定治疗髌骨骨折的疗效肯定,手术操作简单,复位的同时可以有效固定,适用于各种类型髌骨骨折,费用低廉,无需二次手术取内固定,缺点是术后不能早期行关节功能锻炼,需要配合石膏等外固定。Objective To explore the feasibility and clinical effect of Aixibang suture cerclage combined with multi angle 8-shaped tension band suture reduction and fixation in the treatment of patellar fracture.Methods Forty eight patients with patellar fracture were divided into study group(n=24)and control group(n=24)according to different treatment methods.The study group was treated with Aixibang suture ring ligation combined with multi angle 8-shaped tension band suture reduction and fixation,and the control group was treated with Kirschner wire tension band fixation.The operation related indexes,clinical efficacy and complications were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,hospital stay,initial treatment cost,fracture healing time,Bostman score and clinical efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Aixibang suture ring ligation combined with multi angle 8-shaped tension band suture reduction and fixation is effective in the treatment of patellar fracture.The operation is simple and can be effectively fixed at the same time of reduction.It is suitable for various types of patellar fractures with low cost and no need for secondary operation for internal fixation.The disadvantage is that joint function exercise can not be performed early after operation,and external fixation such as plaster is required.
