脑心通胶囊联合乙酰谷酰胺注射液治疗脑梗死恢复期患者的临床效果及对NIHSS评分的影响

摘　　要：目的分析脑心通胶囊联合乙酰谷酰胺注射液治疗脑梗死恢复期的临床效果及对NIHSS评分的影响。方法选择我院2019年10月至2020年10月收治的58例脑梗死恢复期患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组29例。对照组给予乙酰谷酰胺注射液治疗,观察组给予乙酰谷酰胺注射液联合脑心通胶囊治疗。比较两组的神经功能、肢体功能、凝血功能、治疗效果、不良反应发生情况及复发率。结果治疗后,两组的NIHSS、FMA上肢与下肢评分均改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的PT、FIB水平、TT、APTT均改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,不良反应总发生率、复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脑心通胶囊联合乙酰谷酰胺注射液能够有效改善脑梗死恢复期患者神经功能、肢体功能及凝血功能,提高治疗效果,同时安全性较高,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Naoxintong capsule combined with aceglutamide injection in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction in convalescence and its influence on NIHSS score.Methods A total of 58 patients with cerebral infarction in convalescence treated in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 29 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aceglutamide injection,and the observation group was treated with aceglutamide injection combined with Naoxintong capsule.The neurological function,limb function,coagulation function,therapeutic effect,incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,NIHSS and FMA scores of upper and lower limbs in the two groups improved,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,PT,FIB level,TT and APTT in the two groups improved,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the total incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Naoxintong capsule combined with aceglutamide injection can effectively ameliorate the neurological function,limb function and coagulation function of patients with cerebral infarction in convalescence,improve the treatment effect,and have high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
