APP智能质量管理系统在手术室临床护理质量考评中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨APP智能质量管理系统在手术室临床护理质量考评中的应用价值。方法选取2019年3月至2020年3月在我院手术室工作的68名护士为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为常规组和智能组,各34名。常规组采用传统质量考评办法,智能组采用APP智能质量管理系统进行质量考评。比较两组的考评频次、记录结果以及6个月内的风险隐患发生情况。结果智能组的考评人员频次及考评标准频次明显多于常规组,单次考评时长明显短于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。智能组的记录护理问题时间、反馈记录时间以及质量控制评价时间均短于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。智能组的手术安全隐患及Ⅲ级不良事件发生率均显著低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论APP智能质量管理系统应用于手术室临床护理质量考评中可有效增加考评频次,提高护士护理记录的有效性和及时性,及时考评和发现安全风险,有效预防和减少不良事件的发生,提升质量考评效果,值得临床应用和推广。Objective To explore the application value of APP intelligent quality management system in clinical nursing quality evaluation in operating room.Methods Sixty-eight nurses working in the operating room of our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into conventional group and intelligent group by random number table method,with 34 nurses in each group.The conventional group adopted traditional quality evaluation method,and the intelligent group adopted APP intelligent quality management system for quality evaluation.The evaluation frequency,recorded results and potential risks within 6 months were compared between the two groups.Results The evaluating personnel frequency and evaluating standard frequency in the intelligent group were significantly more than those in the conventional group,the duration of single evaluation was significantly shorter than that in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of recording nursing problem,feedback recording time and quality control evaluation time in the intelligent group were shorter than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidences of potential safety hazards of operation and gradeⅢadverse events in the intelligent group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion APP intelligent quality management system applied in clinical nursing quality evaluation in operating room can effectively increase the evaluation frequency,improve the effectiveness and timeliness of nurses'nursing records,timely evaluate and find safety risks,effectively prevent and reduce the occurrence of adverse events,and improve the effect of quality evaluation,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
