多酶清洗剂保湿预处理与喷洒泡沫酶洗保湿剂保湿预处理在医疗器械清洗中的效果及对院内感染发生情况的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨多酶清洗剂保湿预处理与喷洒泡沫酶洗保湿剂保湿预处理在医疗器械清洗中的效果及对院内感染发生情况的影响。方法选取2020年7月至2021年7月我院消毒供应中心的200件医疗器械,以数字法将其随机分为A组和B组,各100件。A组采用喷洒泡沫酶洗保湿剂保湿预处理,B组采用多酶清洗剂保湿预处理。比较两组的清洗效果及院内感染发生情况。结果A组医疗器械隐血残留总阳性率为3.00%,低于B组的12.00%(P<0.05)。A组的ATP检测合格率为96.00%,高于B组的86.00%(P<0.05)。A组医疗器械清洗总达标率为97.00%,高于B组的85.00%(P<0.05)。A组的院内感染总发生率为2.00%,低于B组的9.00%(P<0.05)。结论喷洒泡沫酶洗保湿剂保湿预处理在医疗器械清洗中的效果优于多酶清洗剂保湿预处理,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of multi-enzyme cleaning agent moisturizing pretreatment and spraying foam enzyme washing moisturizing agent moisturizing pretreatment in the cleaning of medical equipment and its influence on nosocomial infection.Methods A total of 200 pieces of medical equipment from the disinfection supply center of our hospital from July 2020 to July 2021 were selected and randomly divided into group A and group B by digital method,with 100 pieces in each group.The group A was given spraying foam enzyme washing moisturizing agent moisturizing pretreatment,the group B was given multi-enzyme cleaning agent moisturizing pretreatment.The cleaning effect and nosocomial infection were compared between the two groups.Results The total positive rate of residual occult blood in medical equipment in the group A was 3.00%,which was lower than 12.00% in the group B(P<0.05).The ATP detection qualification rate in the group A was 96.00%,which was higher than 86.00% in the group B(P<0.05).The total medical equipment cleaning compliance rate in the group A was 97.00%,which was higher than 85.00% in the group B(P<0.05).The total incidence of nosocomial infection in the group A was 2.00%,which was lower than 9.00% in the group B(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of spraying foam enzyme washing moisturizing agent moisturizing pretreatment in the cleaning of medical equipment is better than that of multi-enzyme cleaning agent moisturizing pretreatment,which is worthy of promotion.
