摘 要:针对籽粒损伤成为制约玉米籽粒直收技术推广应用的核心问题,研制了钉齿式和板齿式两种脱粒装置并进行了对比试验。结果表明:在相同滚筒转速、凹板间隙及籽粒含水率条件下,虽然板齿式和钉齿式脱粒装置都可以实现玉米的籽粒直收,但是板齿式脱粒装置表现更优,其籽粒损伤率仅为2.2%左右,较钉齿式降低了2%。该研究为选择合适的玉米脱粒技术提供了数据支持。In view of the fact that grain damage has become the core problem that restricts the popularization and application of corn grain direct harvest technology,experiments were carried out on two kinds of threshing devices including pin tooth threshing device and plate tooth threshing device.Results showed that under the same conditions of drum speed,concave clearance and grain moisture content,both plate tooth and pin tooth threshing devices could achieve corn grain direct harvest.The performance of plate tooth type was better,and the grain damage rate was only 2.2%.Compared with the pin tooth type,it was reduced by 2%.This research provided data support for selecting appropriate corn threshing technology.
