基于文献结构的智库论文资源知识组织构建及实证研究——以美国兰德公司为例

摘　　要：对国外智库论文资源进行知识组织,对于提升我国智库建设质量具有重要意义。在DC核心元数据集的基础上,参考论文论述结构,构建了包含资源采集、描述、本体、数据关联和检索展示的资源知识组织模型,并以美国兰德公司为例进行了实证研究。结果表明:本研究提出的信息组织方案对智库产生论文的结构信息提取具有可行性,有助于为探索国外智库论文的撰写结构和研究方法提供数据来源和支撑。Carrying on knowledge organization to foreign think tank paper resources is of great significance to improve the quality of China’s think tank construction.On the basis of DC core metadata set and referring to the paper’s describing structure,this paper constructs a resource knowledge organization model including the resource collection,description,ontology,data association and retrieve-displayed resource knowledge organization model,carries out an empirical study taking Rand Corporation as an example.The results show that the information organization scheme proposed in this study is feasible to extract structural information of papers produced by think tanks,and is helpful to provide data sources and support for exploring the writing structure and research methods of foreign think tank papers.
