瓜蒌薤白半夏汤联合常规西药治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛40例

摘　　要：目的:观察瓜蒌薤白半夏汤联合常规西药治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将80例冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用瓜蒌薤白半夏汤治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后中医证候积分、西雅图心绞痛量表(seattle angina questionaire,SAQ)评分、血液流变学指标变化情况。结果:观察组有效率为95.00%,对照组有效率为80.00%,两组患者有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后中医证候积分低于本组治疗前,治疗后观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后SAQ评分高于本组治疗前,治疗后观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、血小板聚集率低于本组治疗前,且治疗后观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:瓜蒌薤白半夏汤联合常规西药治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛,能够有效改善临床症状及血液流变学指标。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Trichosanthes and Chinese Chive and Pinellia Decoction combined with conventional Western medicine on Stable angina pectoris of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(coronary heart disease for short).Methods:A total of 80 patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the observation group was additionally treated with Trichosanthes and Chinese Chive and Pinellia Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the changes of TCM syndrome score,Seattle angina pectoris scale(SAQ)score and hemorheological indexes of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:The effective rate was 95.00%in the observation group and 80.00%in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score of the two groups after treatment was lower than that of the same group before treatment,and that of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SAQ score of the two groups after treatment was higher than that of the same group before treatment,and that of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,hematocrit and platelet aggregation rate of the two groups after treatment were lower than those of the same group before treatment,and the above indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after treatment,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Trichosanthes and Chinese Chive and Pinellia Decoction combined with conventional Western medicine can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and hemorheological indexes of patients with stable a
