桂枝茯苓丸加味对子宫腺肌病患者冻融胚胎移植周期的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察桂枝茯苓丸加味对子宫腺肌病(adenomyosis,AM)患者冻融胚胎移植(frozen-thawed embryo transfer,FET)周期的影响。方法:选取2017年1月至2019年12月就诊于南阳市第一人民医院生殖医学科行FET的AM肾虚血瘀证患者80例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予降调节激素替代方案治疗,观察组给予降调节激素替代方案联合桂枝茯苓丸加味治疗。观察两组患者戊酸雌二醇服用天数、转化日子宫内膜厚度、生化妊娠率、临床妊娠率、胚胎种植率、不良反应发生率。结果:观察组戊酸雌二醇服用天数、不良反应发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组转化日子宫内膜厚度、生化妊娠率、临床妊娠率、胚胎种植率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:桂枝茯苓丸加味可增加AM肾虚血瘀证患者转化日子宫内膜厚度,提高临床妊娠率。Objective:To observe the influence of Supplemented Cinnamon Twig and Poria Pill on the cycle of frozen-thawed embryo transfer(FET)in patients with adenomyosis(AM).Methods:A total of 80 patients patients with AM kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome who underwent FET in the Reproductive Medicine Department of Nanyang First people′s Hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with down-regulating hormone replacement scheme,while the observation group was treated with down regulating hormone replacement scheme combined with Supplemented Cinnamon Twig and Poria Pill.The days of taking estradiol valerate,endometrial thickness on the transformation day,biochemical pregnancy rate,clinical pregnancy rate,embryo implantation rate and incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results:There was no significant difference in the days of taking estradiol valerate and the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).The endometrial thickness,biochemical pregnancy rate,clinical pregnancy rate and embryo implantation rate on the transformation day in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Supplemented Cinnamon Twig and Poria Pill can increase the endometrial thickness of AM patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and improve the clinical pregnancy rate on the transformation day.
