摘　　要：符为民教授认为,肝失疏泄,气血不和,脑络不通是偏头痛的基本病机,治疗宜从肝论治,疏肝解郁、调畅气血为治疗关键且贯穿疾病治疗始终。符教授将偏头痛分为肝郁气滞、肝火上炎、肝阳化风、肝经瘀血、肝阳不足、肝血亏虚、肝肾阴虚7个证型,分别予以疏肝理气、通络止痛,清肝泻火、凉血止痛,平肝潜阳、熄风止痛,活血通窍、化瘀止痛,温肝散寒、降逆止痛,调血养血、柔肝止痛,补益肝肾、养阴止痛的治法。此外,符教授治疗偏头痛时,擅用虫类药,常用归肝胆经之引经药,主张情志干预,提倡配合针灸治疗。Professor Fu Wei-min believes that the basic pathogenesis of migraine is the liver failing to disperse,the disharmony of qi and blood,and the obstruction of brain collaterals.The treatment should be based on the liver.The key to the treatment is to soothe the liver,relieve depression and regulate qi and blood,which runs through the whole treatment course.Professor Fu has divided migraine into the following seven syndrome types:liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome,up-flaming of liver fire,liver yang transforming wind syndrome,liver meridian blood stasis syndrome,liver yang deficiency syndrome,liver blood deficiency syndrome,and liver-kidney yin deficiency syndrome.They are respectively treated by soothing liver and regulate qi,dredging collaterals and relieving pain;clearing liver and purging fire,cooling blood and relieving pain;pacifying the liver and subduing yang,eliminating wind and relieving pain;activating blood circulation,dredging orifices,removing blood stasis and relieving pain;warming the liver,dissipating cold,suppressing upward perversion of qi to relieve pain;regulating blood and nourishing blood,softening the liver and relieving pain;tonifying the liver and kidney,nourishing yin and relieving pain.In addition,Professor Fu is good at using insect drugs in the treatment of migraine.He often uses meridian-guiding drugs returning to the liver and gallbladder channels,advocates emotional intervention combined with acupuncture and moxibustion.
