摘　　要：目的:基于数据挖掘总结中药灌肠治疗肛窦炎(anal cryptitis,AC)的用药规律。方法:计算机检索中国知网、维普资讯、万方数据知识服务平台等数据库收录的中药灌肠治疗AC的文献,检索时限为各库建库之日至2020年6月1日,采用IBM SPSS Modeler软件进行药物关联分析,使用SPSS 22.0进行中药聚类分析。结果:共计纳入方剂92首,涉及中药115味,使用频次共计784次,性味以苦、寒为主,主要归肝经、胃经、肺经。高频中药进行关联规则分析,得到10条关联规则,支持度最高的药对组合为黄柏-苦参,通过聚类分析可分为3大类。结论:中药灌肠治疗AC,以清热燥湿解毒为主,兼以散瘀行气止痛,同时调畅情志,酌情使用理气解郁药。Objective:To summarize the medication laws of TCM enema in the treatment of anal cryptitis(AC)based on data mining.Methods:The literature on TCM enema treatment of AC included in CNKI,VIP information,Wanfang Data and other databases were searched by computer.The retrieval time limit was from the date of database establishment to June 1,2020.The drug association analysis was carried out by IBM SPSS Modeler software,and the cluster analysis of TCM was carried out by SPSS 22.0.Results:A total of 92 formulas were included,involving 115 Chinese medicinals.The frequency of use had 784 times.The property and flavor were mainly bitter and cold,The meridian tropism involved the liver meridian,the stomach meridian and the lung meridian.Through association rule analysis of high-frequency Chinese medicinals,10 association rules were obtained.The drug pair combinations with the highest support was Huangbai(Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis)-Kushen(Radix Sophorae Flavescentis),which could be divided into three categories through the cluster analysis.Conclusion:TCM enema in the treatment of AC mainly focuses on clearing heat,drying dampness and detoxification,dispersing blood stasis and promoting qi and relieving pain simultaneously,regulating emotional factors at the same time,and using drugs for regulating qi and relieving depression appropriately.
