中药内服联合电针对行Halsted疝修补术的老年腹股沟嵌顿疝患者胃肠功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察中药内服联合电针对行Halsted疝修补术的老年腹股沟嵌顿疝患者胃肠功能的影响。方法:将64例行Halsted疝修补术的老年腹股沟嵌顿疝患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组32例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予中药内服联合电针足三里治疗。观察两组患者肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、排便时间、胃肠减压时间及术后围手术期腹胀发生率等。结果:治疗组肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、排便时间、胃肠减压时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组腹胀发生率为18.75%,对照组腹胀发生率为53.13%,治疗组腹胀发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药内服联合电针能够促进行Halsted疝修补术的老年腹股沟嵌顿疝患者胃肠功能及早恢复,降低腹胀发生率,减轻腹胀程度。To observe the influence of oral administration of Chinese medicinals combined with electroacupuncture on gastrointestinal function in elderly patients with incarcerated inguinal hernia undergoing Halsted hernia repair.Methods:A total of 64 elderly patients with incarcerated inguinal hernia who underwent Halsted hernia repair were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,while the treatment group was additionally given oral administration of Chinese medicinals combined with electroacupuncture at Zusanli(ST 36)on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The recovery time of bowel sounds,anal exhaust time,defecation time,gastrointestinal decompression time and the incidence of postoperative abdominal distention were observed.Results:The recovery time of bowel sounds,anal exhaust time,defecation time and gastrointestinal decompression time in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of abdominal distension in the treatment group was 18.75%,which was lower than 53.13%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oral administration of Chinese medicinals combined with electroacupuncture can promote the early recovery of gastrointestinal function,reduce the incidence of abdominal distention and the degree of abdominal distention in elderly patients with incarcerated inguinal hernia undergoing Halsted hernia repair.
