摘 要:通过选用不同La含量的Zn-15Al-xLa(x=0,0.05,0.1,0.2wt%)中间层,进行镁/钢的接触反应钎焊,采用电子万能试验机、场发射扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪,对接头的组织特征及力学性能进行分析.实验证明:适量La的加入能够细化接头的显微组织;随着La含量的增加,接头剪切强度先增大后减小,当La的含量为0.05%时,接头剪切强度最高;当La的含量继续增加至0.2%时,接头强度反而下降.The contact reactive brazing of Mg/Steel was carried out by selecting Zn-15 Al-xLa(x= 0, 0.05, 0.1 and 0.2 wt%) interlayer. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the joint were analyzed by using electronic universal testing machine, field emission scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffractometer. The results show that the addition of La can refine the microstructure of the joint. With the increase of La content, the shear strength of the joint is first increased and then decreased. When the content of La is 0.05 wt%, the shear strength of the joint is the highest. When the content of La is continued to increase to 0.2 wt%, the strength of the joint is decreased.
